Mini Reflow Machine 12" x 12"

Mini-Reflow is a small table top machine suiting the requirement of small and medium level manufacturing operation for LED reflow without big investment. This machine can also be used for De-Soldering LEDs.

One can reflow 2000 -2500 leds (individual leds on single pcb like STAR) in a day with this machine (Based on our own soldering experience). Generally takes less time for multiple LEDs mounted on one MCPCB as all LEDs get reflowed at same time. A PID temperature controller is used to maintain the, temperature of the Mini Reflow to ±2 'C to protect leds getting over heated.

We are also manufacturing the Mini SS (Stainless Steel) SMD Stencil with alignment fixtures used for applying solder paste to MCPCB at low This stencil are good for whole life of the design.In general it would a complete setup for you to start your reflow job. Using Reflow you can improve the thermal conductivity , shorten the time for LED assembly and lower the assembly cost (less labour and solder paste costs less than the thermal conductive adhesive).
